Everything about our experience was excellent. All communications were prompt, professional, and reliable. It is a small company, and I consistently communicated with only two people - Mr Sachin Sawant, UK Immigration Lawyer, and his assistant Pooja. This meant that rather than being passed around within a big company, I benefited from interacting with the same, consistent people who knew our situation. My husband and I needed to apply for ILR for me, and a partner visa for him. Now that I know more about the process, I feel it would have been a nightmare to attempt our applications on our own! Mr Sawant was wonderful. He helped us with the timing of our applications, since one was dependant on the other being approved. He helped me get the correct type of letter from my work since HR didn't know how to write it. Best of all, he helped us understand that my husband's application could fit under the "Partner of a Health and Care Worker" category rather than general Tier 2 (this was not clear at all based on government website information!). This ended up saving us thousands! Mr Sawant made everything about this process easier, and I felt confident that every aspect of our applications was completed correctly and to our best advantage. At one point, I asked Mr Sawant how he could possibly know so much about the inner workings of the government offices. He explained that he keeps up to date via knowledgeable contacts, and he has even visited the sites where the applications are processed, to see how decisions are made every step of the way. He really knows his stuff! Our applications were promptly approved! I could not have possibly asked for more, yet pricing was reasonable in comparison to other quotes. I’d certainly recommend Visa Solutions to anyone seeking immigration help.
