Honestly.. if you have any form of mental health concern steer well clear of this practice. They lack the capability to refer you to your local CMHT and so you are left stuck in a limbo being unable to be seen by a psychiatrist but they are also unable to prescribe me medication because they are unable to refer me to a psychiatrist. They advised I go private. I've been having a back and forth with them since November. They never once asked my old GP for my shared care agreement which is what I was told is the process just this week (!!!) by my old GP. Don't get me wrong, Virtually have been great for non-mental health related things but I wish I knew this as a disclaimer before I joined the practice. I've not felt very supported nor have I felt like any referrals have been followed up/checked in on.

I've tried many local GP surgeries and I gave up because they all were so bad I'd feel anxious to even try contact them knowing they don't care anyways. Virtually healthcare is best GP I've come across. I had consultation with GP.. was very quickly referred to other places, test results came very quick. I also had a very good experience with a nurse. Doctor was caring and for first time I felt like I've been listened to and checked out properly. When I visited their practice it was very warm and welcoming and clean.Very friendly and polite reception staff. I also love the fact I can chose who I want to talk to. GPs with better profile can have longer waiting lists for consultation but its so worth it. In short time I've sorted things I couldn't get my local GP surgeries to do for me for years. Have absolutely nothing bad to say so far. Considering to register my little boy with this GP as well.

Helpful staff but it’s difficult to get an actual GP appointment. They have nurses and associates but no GP’s. This very frustrating especially because you need to put all the information and answers all the questions before you get to see who is available + they only show the availability for the next 2 -3 days so every day I need to type everything again to see if I can get a GP appointment or not.

The best GP surgery I have came across in the past 6 years. They treated me with the most care and consideration whenever I booked an appointment. It feels surreal to me as I never thought that this type of service is possible through NHS. ❤

I have been with Virtually for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the care I get. I needed an urgent appointment when I had problems with my chest after a horrible flu virus and I booked through the Virtually website and got a same day video appointment with my usual GP who sent me antibiotics straight to my nearest pharmacy. Everything was sorted for me on the same day, and I recovered very quickly. I am very grateful to my GP, he is always willing to listen and not rush me, which I appreciate and to be able to do this all without leaving my home was an absolute godsend when I was quite poorly and just couldn't face going out.
