    Absolutely appalling for virgin product. Product itself it’s amazing but the customer services line is a disgrace. Just got off the phone about changing bank details and wanted all my details with a dog barking kids screaming honestly no thanks ! I refused and am awaiting a manager to call me this is awful! No one would feel safe giving details. And won’t set up direct debit because they don’t do that !! Laughable for VIRGIN - be careful.

    We had an engineer schedule 3 times to come out and fit the machine, 3 times they cancelled on the day which meant my partner wasted 3 days holiday from work. After speaking to the customer care team we had 0 reassurance that this won’t happen again so I told them i want a full refund. After kicking up a fuss and telling them we want a refund they sent an engineer out the next week to fit the machine even though I thought a refund was agreed - there was no further communication on this so was surprised to see an engineer. They have now just charged us for the filters but haven’t received the filters and don’t expect to knowing the past incompetence we have dealt with. Really bad network of companies and communication. Do not recommend!

    I’m so happy with virgin pure I signed up a week ago and within few days had machine and date for engineer with time slot of when be arriving night before so was able to arrange my day without sitting about just waiting.. an anxiety we all hate… On the morning dean showed up full of smiles and got straight to work installing the pure was simple quick and no mess Dean was very polite showed me how everything works etc answered all questions and set the warm water up perfectly for my autistic son to enjoy a cup of tea :) An amazing piece to my kitchen hot water instantly making those cuppas great for those with adhd cause we forget we even clicked kettle get distracted do something very different then back pour cuppa with warm water 🤪. Also perfect for cold water I’m not a fan of tap water and so saving on buying bottled water a bonus aswel as saving on electricity too! 10/10

    The machine broke just two months after installation and we are still awaiting engineer to fix it. Like others said too they don't care once installed. Machine is a bit dangerous too, as not just breaking it started dripping boiling water on its own randomly and burnt a few times including our little kids fingers

    Absolutely appalling service. Engineer drilled two holes in my worktop and two holes in the cupboards underneath and then proceeded to install a dirty unused unit, this unit had been sent to me instead of a new unit, I finally managed to get hold of customer services who told me they would send out a replacement, after escalating to the customer escalation team I hoped it would all be ok …..but no it’s a week later, new unit has arrived, the dirty used unit is still installed sitting on my worktop, I haven’t been able to get any answer from the customer escalation team since over a week ago! They do not answer the phone number (goes to voicemail!!!!) and I’m on the 11th email with no reply, tried contacting the regular customer service team to be told there nothing they can do but someone will call me back from the customer escalation team as they are dealing with it, this is a joke, there is no customer escalation team, they even taken money from me for a service that hasn’t started So I have a botched worktop, a stinking dirty used unit, a new unopened one and nobody to tell me what to do next! Do not buy as the customer service is non existent

    After sales service has gone down the pan have been a customer for at least 8 years ours broke down could not get it looked at for weeks then sent a replacement fitting appointment was months away not the colour we ordered and can't now get any filters delivered for it full of empty promises whatever you do don't buy one.

    Signed up for a contract, had machine delivered, arranged installation. Engineer came to install it and it turned out machine is faulty. Said replacement will be delivered and left. Removed washing machine from it's place and didn't put it back. Called customer services to have this resolved and explained that I can not take another day off for a water filter installation, only because you have sent a faulty machine and I requested them as a service provider now to arrange installation at the time convenient for me, so I do not loose another day of earnings. It's been exactly 14 days now of me calling, chasing and waiting for escalations team to get in touch. Customer service is appalling and unprofessional. All I hear is "IT'S A RARE OCCASION THAT MACHINE IS FAULTY AND OUR ENGINEERS WORK ONLY 9AM-5PM". This filter is a massive massive regret.
