    I don't know where to start other than we are exploring Sky as an alternative. Have been with Telewest/ Virgin for around 30 years but enough is enough. In the last two years we have been without landline for 6 months and now have a problem with TV that call handlers cannot or do not want to deal with. You cannot speak to a manager or speak to a complaints section. Time to move on.

    Finally terminated VM. Took an hour and three customer advisers to cancel. They kept fobbing me off and offering new deals to stop me from leaving. They were constantly reading their prepared scripts and could not answer questions if not on the script. The VM reception in this area is shocking, frequently dropping out. They have also become very expensive and would not allow be to drop services I do not use to make bill cheaper. Gone with another provider who I hope will provide a better service.

    THERE IS A COMPANY WIDE ONLINE ACCOUNT ISSUE AT THE MONENT. DO NOT SIGN UP TO VIRGIN MEDIA! READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT "YOU CANT USE THAT PASSWORD" ISSUE BEFORE PURCHASE! I have posted 3x on the forum Called 3 times spending over 2 hours on the phone STILL NO FIX FOR THE "YOU CANT USE THAT PASSWORD" ISSUE!! I tried to complain twice and first time they put it down as a 'WiFi issue'and closed it immediately without telling me. Last week she said she wouldn't log a complaint but would call me back on Wednesday... guess what? NO call back. Fobbed off again. I can't view my bills, change my TV subscriptions, my stream box doesn't work and I can't use tube WiFi. I need to cancel this atrocious service but I can't bear the thought of another hour on the phone to these call centers who don't care and tell you anything to close your complaint.

    The worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!! Ordered phone and sim and they don’t have the phone so push me to get a sim only in the mean time. I called TWELEVE times, they put me through to 20 different people, none of them could help, then they put the phone down. Now I am stuck with a SIM card I do not want.
