Attended here for some CPR training, great facilities, great people. Had dinner in the canteen food was great. Very clean and tidy with a good atmosphere. I visit here quite often, always a good location.

Sade has been amazing through the stressful prosses of getting me reconnected....for over a week I have spoken to many call centre operators and all of them seemed helpful and told me that I would be reconnected withing 48 hours it's been over a week now!!! BUT after all the palava and stress Sade sorted it out in 10 mins I got an email to confirm this aswell and I think call centre operatives like her need recognition for being the first poc AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU SADE 😊

Got 1 month to waste? look no further because you've come to the right broadband provider Very poor customer service. i didn't believe at how bad the support team is based on what i've seen on the internet and reviews but i gave it the benefit of the doubt. But dam, they've exceeded my expectation at how bad they are. Phoned them only to finally get put to someone who sounded very inexperienced. Told me a technician will come the next day only for them to lie because nobody turned up. As for the outdoor wire installation, the dude who did that left the wire hanging out in the puddle and probably went off to tescos because his shift was done for the day. lol Took me over a month to come to the realisation that this broadband company will never get me internet at all. If you ever try calling them to reach their customer support, don't bother, save yourself the time and sanity because you won't get what you want. Also its quite predatory how they have student reps advertising on student led pages on social media because they rarely check if your area is compatible with their wiring. The same goes for their partnership with 02, which is a recipe for disaster because if you ring them through 02, virgin media will send you straight back to 02 and then 02 will send you back to virgin media lol. Imagine being a broadband company and failing to provide a broadband service.
