    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE Virgin media have always been slow when you call them. It seems the staff are managing 2-3 people on the lines at the same time because of how slow they are. When I tried to cancel my contract one evening it was agreed we would have to do with the a particular team that could be done via WhatsApp messaging. This messaging started at 9am and it took until 3.15pm to for it to be agreed! completely outrageous... and to add insult to injury in the 6+ hours it took for them to repeatedly ask for my address and everything else they forgot to tell me that there was a £40 cancellation free. Secondly - their current routers are appalling I spent months with very low slow speed 20mps level when I was paying for 100 as well as wifi drop out to find out that it was the range of the router. when complaining about this after hours of this and engineers and also a 2 week area service issue they did offer me £5 off my bill

    Had to drop items off for contractors spent over 1 and 1/2 hours trying to get material off off very uncooperative security guard was helpful and after amount of time they decided they could take them off for me
