Just returned from a two week trip to Orlando using Virgin Atlantic Economy Delight. Disappointed with some aspects but overall it was a positive experience. The number of movies with closed captions was poor, seemed all the latest titles had none, should not be the case in 2023, being deaf I need these to understand what's going on. Why is the headphone socket still in the armrests!?Every slight movement I made caused the sound to go mono or cut out completely. The food was alright, but chicken curry both ways is a bit poor, the breakfast was awful, definitely not one to suit the masses (very large yoghurt, banana muffin and pomegranate cereal bar). Staff were great and flights were smooth and on-time. Now I must try to replicate that landing at Heathrow on MSFS2020 as I didn't feel a thing hitting the tarmac! 🏅

Recently travelled with them to Pakistan. Their premium class is quite good when it comes to seats and leg space. Food selection on the return flight was excellent. Attitude of onboard crew needs some schooling and basic teaching of good customer service. Airport staff was brilliant on both sides.

I’ve never had this experience with Virgin before in my life and I’m a frequent flyer. Lost baggage, left me almost stranded in Las Vegas on Christmas Eve. No way to contact them. Googled the address because if this is not resolved I will literally turn up to the office.
