Placed an order 2 weeks ago, i sent them an email after 1 week because i didnt recieve any confirmation email and they told me that my order would be shipped that day. Last friday i recieved an email that my order was cancelled (without me cancelling it) and that the money were refunded, but i recieved no momey back.

Everything looked good till I had to deal with their sales team Order 1- after placing my order took about a week to get it posted and even that was after my phone call, received it no problem. Decided to order more Order 2- More than a week no updates, nothing. Suddently oder has been cancelled! rang them "Oh, we cannot ship to Ireland anymore" (In meantime received an order from different UK company,no problem at all) Order 3- This was placed shortly before order 2 was cancelled, rang them to find out about order two cancellation,after telling me that they can't ship to ireland I asked to cancel order 3, which is not done up to this date! Date of order was april 12!
