I was very concerned about the amount of finches, 35 in a small cage. Also a budgie was in a cramped cage and appeared distressed and injured burying it’s head in a a corner. I reported it to a young girl at the counter who retrieved the budgie which had a limp neck and looked as though it was dying. She took it in the back. Disgusting condition and overcrowding. Not good !,

Hello, I visited this pet shop today. Upon arrival I opened the door and was greeted to the smell of stale cig smoke. I was appalled completely and utterly appalled and the state of some of the animals including their respective enclosures. For example, one of the water bottles inside the rabbit container had clear mould on the inside while a white rat had clearly been stress pulling it's furr out to the point it looked bald. It's obviously suffering with illness and nothing whatsoever is being done to rectify the problem which is a shame. I mean this with no disrespect, but the lady I spoke to with the facial piercings didn't by any stretch of the imagination have a clue what to do. The manager, a man in his early 40's who couldn't stop smoking at the back door doesn't care about these animals he's quiet clearly more interested in monetary gain. I do not under any circumstances recommend this pet shop. The animals are not kept well.

If I could give less than a star I would. The shop has declined so much. Was only here a year ago and they were a four star now it’s horrendous. No equipment and the shop was not clean. The staff that were on shift didn’t seem to care at all. The poor leopard geckos that are in the back are in the tubs a little bigger than cricket tubs. Honestly the shop has lost all quality since the original owner such a shame.
