Purchased the street pro at £299.99 after 2 months stopped working won't power on or charge what's sad is it has hardly been used yet I have to pay for the return and any other costs as its only under warranty for 30 days I feel the company are scamming there buyers if your thinking of buying from here dont you will lose money then what you paid there is no customer service

Really bad company to deal with, got a scooter delivered without frontal breaks. When i complained they said because of corona they were understaffed and could not help me. When they finally could help me they said that to long time has passed. Now i am fixing my scooter on my own with my money (because they wont replace it) they wont even answer my email on how i acually do fix it. I never write reviews and i am a pretty patient man but this company made med do it. Dont buy from them, you wont get any help when you need it

Bad service bad product falls apart all the time brake pads used in days brake cable snapped 4 times in 1 week replacement put on same thing not good product there using my frame has snapped and is unridable after explaining this 4months ago after have the scooter for 1month was block now cant get hold of them o ye this is after the brake light didnt work from the start and would cut out the motor if the button was pushed in would advise you not to get anything from viperscooters!! Iv put about 150pound into it to get new bits after one month now i need a new frame at 130pound and other stuff worst buy i have ever made

i have perchanced a duel 5600w pro. the base of the scooter wasn't put together properly therefore calsing problems with the scooter. i have managed to speak to kam from the Feltham store. who has booked me in to have the unit looked at to see if can be done under warranty. looking forward to seeing the team again an having a good outcome on the 25th. hopfully will be amended. will update my revue after.

Scooter broken twice in less than 2 months and half. No refund, endless waiting before to have an answer by email. They said is my responsibility to send the scooter back to them to check and pay for the delivery. So I have a brand new scooter not working with 2 months and half life, paid £580 for the scooter, £50 for a new charger, £50 for an electrician, £40 to change the inner tube of the wrong size and cheap ( words of the mechanic). Now apparently I have to send the scooter and also pay to have it back. Considering it’s a big scooter the price will not be cheap at all. If this is their policy I feel like this is a fraud. Very sad especially in this hard times to take advantage of honest people

My partner ordered his viper dual pro last month he was extremely impressed with his purchased the only down fall was the delievery courier in which the charger was broke due to the couriers being heavy handed I contacted viper . They was happy to send out a replacement charger without any issues . 100 % for the product and 100% for the service provided . 5 stars all the way and would recommend to anyone .
