I rarely leave reviews, and I've never done this - leave a second review. My original review is below, from 2017, when VIP Hearing Solutions was London Hearing. After the switch to VIP, I thought it would be appropriate to update my earlier review. And, to be fair, there's not much to update. Nick and Mo continue to provide outstanding service, great advice, and unbiased opinions on my hearing aid options. I've been able to remain in my senior management role with severe/profound hearing loss. Without the hearing aids professionally supplied, set up, and fitted by Nick and Mo, that simply would not have been possible. I have continued to recommend them both to friends and colleagues and they have reported back on very similar, very positive, experiences. I'm happy to upgrade my earlier rating from a Strong recommendation to "Outstanding" ~~~ Original London Hearing Review (2017) I was left in an untenable position by the NHS - not their fault (I <3 the NHS) but their glacial speed when it comes to sorting hearing aids would probably have left me out of work before they could respond. I was lucky that going private was an option. I'd already done some research on hearing aids and kind of knew what I wanted - not 100% sure but good enough to whittle down the suppliers. I work near Paddington so Harley Street was near enough to get to. I rang the nice people at London Hearing and got a (same day) appointment. This was the same day as I had been told by the NHS that I wouldn't get my hearing aids for 4 to 5 months. I pottered over to Harley Street and met Nick. I didn't have my audiology test results with me so in the booth I went for a fresh test. After this we spent some time discussing my options. Nick really knows his stuff and it showed. I walked out of London Hearing a little later with my brand new hearing aids - and haven't been happier. In fact, I'd go so far as to say the ReSound Lynx2's have saved my job, my career. Who wants a deaf sales manager? I've recommended this team to a friend, who has had a very similar (happy) outcome and I'd recommend them to you. After care service has been similarly well executed - quick, friendly, helpful. Strong recommendation.

I had a wonderful experience at VIP. The receptionist was so helpful and accommodating, organising a last minute appointment as I was in so much pain. Nick was very gentle and knowledgeable and sorted out my ear wax within minutes. I would highly recommend VIP.

As my Dad (86 years old) has been getting older we all noticed that his hearing was being affected. Saw Nick at VIP who was truly exceptional in dealing with both my Dad’s hearing loss anxiety as well as his prejudices around wearing hearing aids. Nick has an excellent manner and worked with Dad to make this a very kind and caring experience for him. Truly grateful for his expertise and support. I booked an ear wax suction removal as I had slight muffling and irritation. Upon checking, this place determined that it was not needed for me to do. They are very honest. They could have easily cleaned my ears out which would have been unnecessary and charged me but they straight up told me it was not necessary and instead advised me to speak to GP about my sinuses that could potentially be the issue. They did not charge me for the check up either. Honest feedback honest business. Thank you so much.
