Contacted team and it was great service from start to finish. they even offered me car at slightly cheaper price. couldn't be more happy. got a car yesterday and even guy who delivered it was spot on. very helpful and positive attitude, answered all my questions and even offered me his phone number in case I have more questions later on. Highly recommended.

Ordered my Car in March was told delivery Oct 2022. Figured I would give them a call about 6 weeks out from delivery to to make sure everything was going fine as they had been quiet was told "Yes its all good car is still on schedule''. 2 weeks later I get a call ''Oh well the car can no longer be delivered due to Ukraine War'' - wait what?!? that started before my order and i spoke with someone 2 weeks ago who said all was fine was then told ''Mercedes won't be manufacturing this vehicle anymore'' then proceed to offer me some brand cars, i'd never heard of for same price and higher. The biggest joke; they still offering the vehicle i ordered on their site.

Genuinely if I could give them less than 1 star I would. We gave them our deposit in good faith that they would deliver the car by the date or at least the month they promised. They led us on for 4 months, giving us a later date every time we called them. They're dishonest and they couldn't give a stuff about their customers. They didn't care when we cancelled. If course they didn't, they'd already conned us out of our deposit.
