Had a removal and reinstall carried out after they declared it safe to be completed only for it to have a rotten frame. They finally agreed to carry out the work at their expense but didn't realise it required extending. Had to have a miss matched decking and balustrade to complete the work, left saw cuttings all over the area outside which I cleaned up after walking it in the caravan. Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Excellent service from a quality business. We had our new veranda fitted by Vinyl Solutions last December which we love. Unfortunately, a few months ago we started to notice a few boards were creaking here and there. We contacted Vinyl Solutions who sent their expert fitters who quickly resolved the problem. I would advise avoid this business. They give a 10 year warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on. I had a deck installed last September, and parts of it are falling off, the boards are bowing and the installation was incorrect so that water cant drain off the deck. I have contacted the office and rep I dealt with, and it is now well over 2 weeks and I have no reply. Spend your money elsewhere
