Do not use this company. they will give you a estimated delivery date between 9am - 6pm and if you miss them you will be hit wish lots of charges. also the customer service are really rude. paid £36 for delivery Additional £25 because they missed me (did not call) Additional £30 Storage charge total delivery £91 (Scandalous)

They have been told on numerous occasions on how they can improve their service however they have chosen to ignore my emails - which I have sent 10's of times. Firstly, there was an issue with delivery where a few boxes were missing - and delivery was left with NO signature. I was then told I would have to pay for the delivery of the missing boxes and after a few weeks of arguing with them, they then waived the delivery charge. I was still very unhappy and asked to progress the complaint and then they turned around and stopped replying. I even said to bring the complaint to a resolution, would you be as kind as to give me some tips to clean the floor - rather than anything else and they have ignored. They can improve their service by actually CARING about their clients - after sales is non existent. The product is great, the quality is really nice and it looks amazing. I would have attached a picture of the finished product however after the disgraceful level of service I have experienced, I don't see why I should. I really like the product, it looks exactly like solid tiles however it's actually LVT.
