  Thomas and the team provided a superb service. Nothing too much trouble and full of advise. They work great hours so you can contact them almost any time of day. Their claim of unlimited edits is absolutely spot on as is the level of customer care they give. Brilliant designs, excellent quality, great prices, and exceptional customer care, all delivered as promised if not before. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Really disappointed by the product and the service offered by Vinyl Banner Printers. Firstly, I made sure to place my order before the ‘next day’ collection cut off period, which is very clearly displayed as a countdown timer on their website. Of course I paid more to take advantage of this service, but only later found out that they will need to proof your design within the countdown even though it says that orders only need to be submitted. Because of this the collection was logistically challenging as the banner wasn’t going to be ready until the end of the day 2 days after I placed the order. Secondly, the quality of the banner was extremely poor. I submitted a mainly black design for a mesh banner and there were faded lines running right through the design - almost like they were running out of ink! When I raised this issue with the customer service team I was told that I would receive a response from then shortly, but had to chase a response a week later only to be told there was nothing they could do. Of course I responded to their email asking for more details, but I am still yet to hear from them… this was 6 days ago. I would avoid this company if you want guaranteed good products and customer service. The banner was a ‘Pride’ event banner and I do hope that this wasn’t a reason as to the lack of customer service.

  The most irresponsible and dishonest printing service ever!!! I ordered a 6x3 banner for an event at least a week in advance. During the ordering process, they were very pleasant and proactive with answering my questions, and when I advised of the delivery date I needed the banner for. They said this wasn't a problem to meet. On the date we finalised on design and I made payment, I received an email with a later delivery date than I required. I reached out to them to ensure the required delivery date could still be met and if it couldn't, I needed to cancel the request and have a full refund cause what is the purpose of a banner if it is not delivered for the event it is meant to cater to. The response I got after I made payment was very lax, I could tell they were not as attentive anymore, but because I already made payment, I tried to be patient with them. They promised to make delivery on time but didn't keep their word. Unfortunately I was not home to reject delivery but Given that the banner lost its purpose I asked for a refund of the payment made, I was even reasonable enough to only request half payment refund but still they rejected this saying since delivery is already made, they cannot do this. instead they were offering 20% refund or a discount to buy again from them?!!! I am utterly disappointed with the service and accountability taken by this business. Do not be deceived by the price discounts they offer. All they want is your money. They do not care about the customer at all!

  HORRENDOUS. DO NOT ORDER. Bought because they promised delivery within 24 hours. Required something urgently for an event. 1st day they didn't bother dispatching. Contacted them and they promised delivery before 9am next day. 2nd day - definitely didn't arrive before 9am. They had lied and not dispatched at all. I could see this from the tracking - they had printed the label but not organised collection or drop off. Parcelforce did not have it in their network. LIES. 3rd day - finally dispatched but LIED about using a saturday service. Arrived after the event. JUST AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. What a waste of time and a disappointment. Didn't even get to check print quality as I refused delivery.

  Great complete, transparent and fast service with good quality products. I had an urgent job and communicated this to the team. I was blown away by the understanding and high level of customer service and then the receipt of my goods well before the expected delivery date. Certainly recommended and I will work with Vinyl Banners Printing again.

  The whole team worked exceptionally well. As many times as I asked to change the design, they straight away worked on it. I was on a really tight timeline but they managed to deliver the product. But one thing is delivery was 1 day late.
