They sent me half a tin of chalk paint ,i ordered from the colour chart on site as they have an item of furniture thats been painted so i needed a pale blue ,,the colour i choose was Harwood,it wasnt blue but aqua, my neighbour contacted the firm with pictures as i dont own a smart phone up too now no reply

Lovely rich colours, great coverage, easy to extend coverage by mixing with water. Best paint I've used. The paint brush for chalk painting is brilliant too. Such good quality.

I ordered 1ltr tin of chalk paint in Old Mauve but the colour is totally different to the one advertised on the website. I feel massively mislead and what's worse I contacted them via email, instagram and twitter and have not heard back. Very disappointed by such poor customer service. Will not be buying again and a friend who recommended them will also not be buying from them in the future.
