I was looking for a repair for mother in laws mantle clock which stopped working after being moved. Rang and spoke to Rowland. He was more than helpful and said to bring clock in. He then said perhaps he could talk me through putting the clock in beat. He spent 15 minutes talking me through the process, the clock is now working perfectly. I can't put in words how amazing he is, thank you Rowland, a rare and amazing service.

Rang up to check on servicing of a Victorian Fusee pocket watch. We spoke for some 5-10 minutes on the fusee movement and issues that can come with it. In short time was taken to talk to me , give me advice , and fully explain the nature of the movement. A total gentleman!! Shared his extensive knowledge and was completely engaging.
