I brought a table and a wardrobe, their delivery driver scratched the bottom of the wardrobe and chipped off a piece of wood, the wardrobe also wouldn’t go up my stairs. I asked to return (and said I would cover the return delivery cost) but they wouldn’t accept a return as their driver had damaged the item. I would not use this company, as other reviewers mention, it’s a scam

I bought a farmhouse table March 2020 which had some infestation holes but the advert on the website said that the table had been treated for woodworm. We have since found an infestation that looks like it dates back a long time. I'm waiting to hear back from the company and will update my review according to their response. I paid £825 for the table so hoping for a some support from the team. Update 30/08/2022 - I have not received a response from the Vintage Boathouse after emailing them about the table, so I believe they are now ignoring me. I would not recommend buying from a business who are willing to send out furniture which clearly had a woodworm infestation.

Do not buy from this company they are biggest scammers going!! Most of the staff are infested!! My daughter bought a cupboard and it was infested all over and wouldn’t issue a refund.
