I went in there today and both me and partner were struck by how unfriendly the guy was. (Don’t know if this was “Phil” or some other staff.) Shame really, because the premises are quite pleasant, you could enjoy shopping there if the guy wasn’t such a nob. I expect many of you know the type; aloof, jaded, snobby. Funny thing is the shop was empty… if l worked there l’d make conversation with people just to avoid getting bored! I’ll never buy from somewhere so unfriendly, they just don’t care about the customer it seems, so l don’t imagine they’d be inclined to guide to towards the right instrument, or offer good after-sales service either.
