No atmosphere and food was mediocre, £18 for 2 tiny portions wasn't great value for money. The seabream was overcooked and bland, the salad starter unappetising. Staff friendly, maybe better for wine than food!

The worst brunch I've had in the city. Vinoteca's location is fantastic so we were hoping for a reasonable brunch with a great view. Sadly, the reasonable brunch remained a hope. It took 20 minutes plus to get drinks. I wasn't counting but people that arrived after us had finished drinks by the time we got ours. The latte was extremely hot coffee and milk- no foam, just a burnt tongue. By the time we got food, people that came in after us had eaten and already left. The staff had got our order wrong though. They then took the cutlery away when they went to replace the wrong food. However, they seemed to realise what they'd done with the cutlery because they came back a few minutes later, dropping the plate of cutlery on the table and immediately turning their back on us. We were honestly wondering what on earth was going on and at that we cancelled our replacement meal, paid the remaining bill and went elsewhere. Vinoteca has a great location but I won't be back.

We are sad to see you go. So many options of wines it's a great concept. I have come down 3 times since you opened. Each time we have given the wine paddle a go. It's always nice to try different wines and find a favorite among them. Tried a few of the items on the menu. It's a different and unique menu just like the establishment. I will have to keep you in mind when I'm in London. All the best
