I had hit a pot hole in my car and popped into Vines to see if they could fix it. I needed a run flat tyre and they had stock. They were able to do within 1 hour which was very impressive. They even allowed me to store a cake in their fridge while I waited. Fantastic service from the lady that served me. They also managed to file down some of the damage to the alloy as well. Very impressed with the service!

Although Vines is not my closet Mini dealer it is the best, I have just had a service and I have to say that Teresa and the team are fantastic they are friendly helpful and extremely professional, I had a courtesy car book but Teresa called me the day before to say that if I wanted I could wait which I decided to do, the customer area is comfortable and easy to work from while I waited with complimentary tea, coffee biscuits and wifi! I also found the video that the technician sends you showing the health check of the car was brilliant and informative. I have to say I will never use another dealership and I cannot fault them I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
