    Fantastic service from start to finish! From the moment Amar took my initial call showing interest in one of their vehicles his customer service was second to none. Within minutes of the conversation he had recorded me a personal video and emailed it over, I then made arrangements to view the car and was allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own which was nice to have a moment to take in the car at my pace. I then walked around the vehicle with Amar and pointed out all the imperfections that I wasn’t happy with with, he assured me all would be rectified and I have to say I was sceptical as to wether they would be able to get the vehicle up to my particularly fussy standard, but my expectations were surpassed and when I went to collect it the car looked absolutely great! They were even able to arrange finance without any real issues. Even after collecting the car and being able to look a bit more closely at it I noticed a small parking dent, I called back to Vines where Matt immediately made arrangements for it to be repaired, none of the usual “once they have your money they don’t care” here! Can honestly say this has been one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, far better than my last BMW purchase at Park Lane who failed to even ensure I drove away in a legal vehicle let alone provide any form of customer service… PARK LANE BMW TAKE A LEAF OUT OF Vines’s of Redhill BOOK AND YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!! Had the car a week now and absolutely loving it!! Thanks so much to Amar, Matt and Graham for all your help.
