    I recently had a difficult experience buying a car from Vines of Guildford BMW dealership. The entire process took three weeks, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Throughout the buying process, I had to consistently follow up and call the dealership for updates, and there was little to no response from them. The lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable, and it made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be. Even after complaining to the sales manager, the situation was not resolved to my satisfaction. If my wife had not liked the car, I would have cancelled the deal. I am still not convinced that the car was checked properly or that all of the promised services were carried out. It's understandable to be skeptical and unsure when the buying process is so difficult and frustrating. Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided by Vines of Guildford BMW dealership. Buying a car should be an exciting and relatively smooth process, but my experience was quite the opposite. I hope that the dealership takes my feedback into consideration and works to improve their customer service in the future.

    Cant really review anything tbh. Went in today to look at an x5. I stood and waited at the sales desks yet despite there not being a single other customer in the showroom and at least half a dozen staff members at their desks, i was completely ignored until i began to walk out. Very disappointing.
