He set up two test drives for us and gave us a quick run down of how to operate them (we're still used to having a key to put in the ignition!). We haven't yet settled on what we're going to buy but if it is a Mini then it'll be from Vines.

Very poor after sales service! Bought an approved used mini in August 2022 and I was told the electric tyres pump was out of stock at the time and would contact me for collection in about 2-3 weeks time. After 2 months, no one contacted me. I made several attempts to contact the salesman again but no reply. Lastly I managed to get an email response from the salesman on 21 Nov 2022, but disappointingly he has no more follow-up to date. I give up now as the pump is not expensive. If you buy any car in this shop, make sure u put all outstanding items on the sales agreement, or like me u will not get them at last. No matter how good the salesman is rated in the Google review!
