Vine House Construction have recently completed a kitchen extension for us. The project included extending the kitchen onto an existing raised deck, waterproofing and altering the covering on the deck, alterations to steps and creating a garden room/home office under the new extension. The quality of work carried out is excellent, communication throughout the build was great and nothing was too much trouble for Paul. There was always a solution to any questions we had (and there were many). Without exception the different trades brought onto site were professional, friendly and treated our home with respect. I would have not hesitation in recommending Vine House Construction.

Andrew at VHC knocked my wall down! And what an amazing job it was too. No mess, no fuss. His team also dug up the floor to install a new drain for our new kitchen. A few problems arose as the house is very old, but again, it was all managed seamlessly and without fuss and result was a super high-quality job. I will definitely be using them again.....loft conversion next!

Vine House Construction undertook a major renovation and extension of our house, in the North York Moors National Park, in excess of £500,000. We knew that the works would be challenging due to the house being located on a hill. This had been the first time that we had undertaken construction works of this magnitude. I am pleased to say that VHC took all this in their stride. Their expertise and advice was invaluable. Due to their experience on previous projects, they came up with ingenious solutions to unknown problems as they arose and still managed to bring the whole project within budget. Throughout the 10 month project the team worked relentlessly, in some challenging weather conditions, at times. Their attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. I was particularly pleased that, from the top down, the team were professional, highly skilled and respectful at all times. Best of all, they all took personal pride, throughout the process, in trying to deliver the house of our dreams. I am pleased to say did so and exceeded my expectations. Therefore, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending VHC to anyone.
