Rubbish service throughout this dealership. Placed a deposit on a car awaiting test drive, told 4 times on an arrival date back from the prep centre that never happened, left up to me the customer to chase a date of arrival to test drive. After over a week waiting I went elsewhere and bought from another dealer, asked for a refund on my £500 deposit to be ‘promised’ by the end of the day, which of course never happened, when chased the next day no explanation or apology. Ironic that they seem not to be bothered on making sales when in the sales business. Avoid.

if you want to go to SEAT , you cannot find the parking Space , only can park on BYD customer parking , however if you are not looking for BYD , the staff will let you don't park on their (BYD) parking Space

This week I part exchanged my old Seat Leon for a younger Leon FR. The service provided by Vindis Seat MK was first class and Harvey Williams was great to deal with and offered helpful and friendly advice and was efficient in sorting the paperwork. I saw the car I was interested in online on Tuesday, visited the dealer on Wednesday and collected the car on Friday, very efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend Vindis Seat MK.
