Worst after sales experience ever. Brought a service plan but after booking one for six weeks time (closest they could offer) it got cancelled. Car is just over two years old now. Car play and Bluetooth still don’t work, handbrake freezes so much so that after a weeks holiday I had to call in a mechanic to get the car moving in the airport car park. Front fog light isn’t watertight so is full of mud. Emails take weeks to be responded to and I have to chase multiple times for an answer. Service at Waterbeach are slow to respond. If you’re looking to buy I would go to Letchworth - my previous car was from there and the customer service was exemplary.

I went to the dealership today and met with Mark - although I found out afterwards he was actually the manager he wasn’t afraid to be hands on! He greeted us and made us feel very welcome and having had a very different experience with a local Skoda dealership from another dealer group we’re now fully invested with the Skoda brand once more! I took my car in for a quote on a bodywork repair. I waited weeks for the quote and had no contact from them. I chased three weeks ago and was told someone would be in touch. No one got in touch. I chased again last week and was told the same. No one got in touch. I chased yesterday and was told the same. No one got in touch. I chased again this morning and told them if I didn't hear back from someone by 12 noon, I would start leaving negative reviews. It is not 12:07pm and no one has been in touch with me.
