I was almost ran over by one of these drivers. On 04/06/2020 at around 5:45am I was riding my motorcycle through Waterloo when the van driver changed lanes into me without even signalling. Rather than say sorry he laughed about it. Currently hospitals are struggling due to the COVID and this awful driver nearly put me in one. Reg plate: MA18KXJ
