I’d like to state that I have NOT purchased through this company but from the experience I’ve just had, it’s unlikely I will. Having rung to make an enquiry about a particular bike it was VERY clear the person answering was in a hurry to get off the call. I get we’re all busy but if you don’t have time to engage with (potential) customers from the start then what impression does that leave about commitment to customer care after purchase?
