Ive been visiting this specialist for several years now. Staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. Today was no different - Mr Roberts was patient & happy to take time to explain everything so I understood any issues & detail options available. As usual the establishment was clean & social distancing/protective measures were adhered to. Thank you to all the team.

Called Vincent Roberts up a few days about about my sons eye, I described what it was like over the phone and Dr Roberts knew exactly what condition my son had, he asked me to send him a few pictures which I did and he confirmed my son had cellulitis in his eye, after calling Katie Road 2 days running prior speaking to Dr Roberts and them fobbing me off I called the doctors as I was told by Dr Roberts that my son needed antibiotics right away as his condition was getting worse, anyway cut a long story short Dr Roberts got my son an appointment at the eye hospital and then called me the following day to see how we got on, I have to say a massive thank you for your help and would highly recommend I can't thank you enough amazing service from reception to Dr Roberts

1st class service, would highly recommend!! Taking two small children to the Optician is not the easiest of jobs, but I have to say Vince and his team were amazing. Vince explained to children and I why glasses were needed, and the ladies then took their time showing us a range of different glasses. Thank you
