All staff were lovely. We were seen not long after our appointment and our cat was given a thorough check.

Awful service - self importance combined with lacklustre care - money talks - animal welfare not important. Disgusting

Our cat had been in a steady decline and we decided it was time to euthanise her. Our usual vet could not offer an appointment at the best time for us but MVV offered a perfect time (8 PM on a Friday). The practice was very quiet which was both lucky and lovely. They handled our pet and family with care.

The lady at reception was lovely. Relieved all my worrying and kept my dog and me happy, calm and comfortable. This at the time was what I needed. She answered all and every question I had. She made sure other customers were also okay. The vet we had was very uncompassionate and unhelpful. I can understand they were busy and very stressed but I was just as stressed with my dog and needed some reassurance but also she didn't give me any answers for what was wrong. I would hope this experience doesn't usually happen. I am going to wait it out a bit next time rather than turning straight to them. In a call of need I needed support but so did my animal and from the vet I don't think I reached that.

I saw this vets for an emergency on Tuesday night for my budgie Zoey. And they were so kind to get me seen later that night. Even though they aren't exotic, they still examined her for me and gave her some pain relief. And I'm so glad as it's probably what has saved her life and she has been recovering great since! Thank you so much!! Only shame was I wasn't able to go in with her and a bit of a wait. But understandable in emergency hours.

I have never had any problems at all in the many years I have used this practice for my pets. Always caring, always see my pets quickly, and the staff are wonderful. The cat I have now is very nervous with people he doesn’t know but he is always put at ease and handled with care. Great separate area in the waiting room for cats with raised areas to put their carriers on so they can look outside rather than have to be scared of dogs.

My dog and I were dealt with in a considerate, thoughtful manner and trouble was taken to ensure that I understood the situation and that my dog, not the easiest to handle, was looked after kindly, carefully and thoroughly Much appreciated!
