  • Hi T_

The receptionist doesn’t have a good manner. She never talks in a friendly way. She directly canceled our appointment claiming that we were 15 min late, but actually I was only 10 min late. They would try hard to sell insurance for your pet.

Friendly and professional team throughout. The Vet was very explanatory and made sure I understood clearly what was the problem, causes and treatment. My cat was feeling much better within a few hours and back to normal within a couple of days. Been a patient there for 9 years and they have had never the slightest fault in their service at all. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, my cat is suffering from acne and we went to the doctor, but the doctor didn't care at all, she didn't even examine my cat and let her roam around in the examination room. My cat's condition didn't help. Unfortunately, my cat's condition worsened and acne took over her whole face. She didn't give us any medicine and didn't even suggest anything. She only gave an antibiotic, but it didn't work. Let's take M and have him examined, but they said that we have to pay the visit fee again or take a sample if it is clear that it is acne, I asked two other doctors and they also confirmed that the type of disease is characteristic. The vet doctor doesn't care about the money and life of our animals. I recommend that you register elsewhere
