A bad experience. Booked an appointment about a week ahead. Showed up on time and checked in with reception. Sent to waiting area where I waited for 15 minutes. The waiting area was empty, so I returned to reception to check everything was OK. They phoned the physio with no answer. I was told I could wait or leave and they would call me back. This was about 2 weeks ago now and still no call.....very poor! I have since gone to Harpenden Physiotherapy in Kinsbourne Court and they are excellent!
