Best choices for my Christmas cheese board. Chose the best cheeses to persuade my French domiciled friends that British cheese is best. Think I made my point successfully 🧀😍

Spenwood was the star of our cheeseboard at Christmas. It deserves its recognition as Britain’s best cheese. It’s serious without being hard work. Even the thinnest slice fills the mouth with layer upon layer of nutty, creamy flavours. Highly recommended!

The cheese is fantastic. We especially like the Heckfield, Maida Vale & Wigmore but also like the Spenwood & Waterloo. It's so nice to be able to purchase direct from the dairy and to be able to get both cow and ewe's milk cheese as I can't eat cow's mile cheese but the rest of my family can. Buying direct from the dairy is much better value for money too, compared with buying from an online retailer which supplies cheese from many dairies. The staff were also very helpful when I contacted them about the best before dates.

Always such a treat to enjoy these cheeses and impossible to choose a favourite, although the Maida Vale was a big hit with everyone this Christmas! Fantastic local dairy- highly recommend.
