Honestly, don’t go, go to the Hilton. It’s opposite a hospital and a Karen was screaming at the front desk that there is no enough parking spaces, and that the hotel was handing out fines for overcrowded parking :/. Me and a friend went into enjoy swimming for a couple of hours, only to be stopped at the gate and demanded ID by the blue nail girl at reception. Confused.. We showed them some ID, Then the manager came out and made such a fuss, accusing us of manipulating photocopy ID and that they wanted to see an actual card. Who carries ID to the gym? I actually cannot believe what happened this morning!!. Disgraceful customer service, and for a first time comer, I will not be going there again. They have no prestige or etiquette at the front desk and do not carry themselves in a respectful manner. We went to Hilton hotel to enjoy our swim and the facilities of five star even the girls at H are soo cute.

The rooms are nice and u can open the window a bit. The breakfast is very poor and not tasty at all. No choice of breads no vegetables, no cheese nor cold cuts. Muesli sachettes full of sugar. There was an option to ask for fried eggs but the staff did not seem to be happy to do it. Breakfast closes too early at 9.30. Generally very inflexible staff.

I checked into the hotel at 4pm on the 29th of April in room 410. I then went into town later returning to find my card for the door wasn’t working and to find someone else in my room… my bag with all my belongings were lost until early hours of the morning and I was without a room. This made my stay unpleasant to say the least. I made a complaint in the morning in which a member of staff said they will look into it and to email customer service. I emailed customer service which they replied saying they are happy to give me 30% refund which I was not happy with so they offered me 50% which I still wasn’t happy with but took it anyways. So even now I still haven’t received my complaint money and emailed the women who was dealing with the situation for her to tell me today she does not work for the hotel anymore…. Honestly can’t make this stuff up. Please do not stay in these facilities staff do not want to help and very rude when dealing with the situation. They was 100% confident that I had the wrong door number 🤣🤣 which I obviously didn’t. Please please please read
