Whilst the room was comfortable I was disappointed to find there was no complimentary water in the room especially given the hot weather. The breakfast was appalling everything seemed to be done on the cheap,the fresh orange was watered down so much the iced water was a better option. There were long ques for the breakfast due mainly to the lack of supply which resulted in the breakfast being cold by the time you sat down to eat it. The staff were miserable, particularly the bar staff and not very helpful. I would be unlikely to use this venue again.

Well appointed and equipped chain hotel that is well located for anything in and around Warwick. There are a lot of food and shopping options if you are using it as a base for the surrounding area and it is very well placed if you are visiting or have business at University of Warwick. The hotel itself was very clean and well organised and the staff in particular were superb. Hospitality is a hard sector to work in, especially in hotels where people have high expectations. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the night porter to the cleaner. There is also loads of parking space available if you are driving, which is free in the weekend - another nice touch.

The worse place to go to. I've done a membeship with them for the sauna and when we talked about the membeship the man how done my membership he said thath i can cancel IT after 1 month with a rezonable reason. S-o after 3 months i caled them to cancel the membership because some health issues and flying away from UK. Where the Guy from membership said thath no they can't cancel IT that i have to stay another 3 month for cancelation proces. 3 month for a Gym contract. I even let them know 1 month ahead. S-o tthey wanted to pay like 6 month of membership when i told them i want to leave after month 2. Nice trick. Dont recomand to nobody.
