We became members at the village a year ago. Your team make this gym stand above all the others. A special mention to Ryan who assisted with us to sign up. He is a credit to your organisation, he is always so friendly and professional. Big shout out to PT Nichole. She is without fail the best PT. These 2 amazing people give you this 5 star rating. Unfortunately I've had to change my review on this gym, since being a member I've noticed some problems here. The spa pool has been out of use alot, the last time over a week and most recently the steam room has not been in use for 4 days now. As I only go here to use the steam room, pool and spa I find it very annoying

Been a member for over a year now. Enjoy the classes, with some very good instructors. The gym itself is good, though could have a bit more floor space, and there are a few pieces of equipment which are missing that other gyms offer. The pool facilities are very decent - much better than any other Village Hotel I’ve been to (as long as the Jacuzzi isn’t undergoing maintenance).

I use the gym at The Village Hotel. The staff are friendly and supportive. The gym is clean and well stocked with modern equipment. The swimming pool is clean and airy, as are the changing rooms. If I had to make a negative comment about anything, it would be the lack of private changing facilities in the ladies' changing area, here are onkt 2 available, I'm quite shy, so do use them to hide away when changing...
