    Stay away from this gym! The Village in Bracknell, my trainers were stolen twice! I told the staff they did nothing about it! I no longer felt comfortable in using the club and leaving my personal items in the lockers! I tried cancelling my membership the staff said it can only be cancelled on the app, their app wasn’t working when I tried cancelling. Now they have send me debt collectors as they want me to pay 3 month’s membership fee! That’s is ridiculous!!

    I had a wonderful experience in the village. One specific colleague Iana was super helpful and did a great job. She answered all my questions and also made me a super yummy coffee. She’s a great asset to the company and will definitely come back.

    Lovely Spa pool, swimming pool could be a little warmer. Sauna and steam just right, nice and warm. Gym can't be faulted. Every available machine you could think of and all brand new techno gym equipment. All working well. Free parking too on weekends. Not sure during the week.
