I have never used this garage before, but I desperately needed help from them today and the service I received was exceptional. On my way to work this morning I managed to puncture two of my tyres driving into potholes. The car was in no fit state to be driven any further, but I managed to crawl down to this garage during morning rush hour. I could clearly see they were very busy and didn't for one minute think that they would be able to help me today, but as the car was undrivable I had no other but to leave it there and hope they could fit me in asap. I must say from the minute I arrived to the minute I left they could not have been nicer and made what was a very stressful situation into something very simple. Within minutes they had quoted me for two new tyres (which was less than what I am use to paying) and had given me keys to a courtesy car which they let me use to be on my way. I was in the garage for less than 5 minutes before I was back on my way to work. I was really impressed. They managed to get my unusual sized tyres changed by early afternoon, so my car was fixed and ready to be picked up within hours of dropping it off. The team down there all seemed really nice and very helpful. I will definitely take my car here the next time I need something more challenging done to it. It is clear to me why their rating on Google Reviews is so high. Keep up the good work and thank you once again! Service: Tires
