My Dad got blinds installed from here so I thought I would give them a try. Gentleman came out to measure up for a bay window, dining room window and a kitchen window. Was told the blinds would be ready in 2 weeks, they took 4. GB came out to fit the ordered blinds, the large middle window of the bay window was a good 1.5-2 inches too long so didn't fit...the kitchen and dining room were all installed with no issues. My previous blinds had been taken down on the day of arrival as we were epecting new blinds, instead I was left with nothing covering the largest window in my living room during the two hottest weeks of the year, massive inconvenience especially when you are paying several hundreds of pounds for blinds and a service. Waited 3 more weeks until the new re-measured blind arrived to be fitted. Turns out it was too short...so the brackets had to be moved to accommodate by drilling even more holes into my wall. Only reason I've given 3 stars is because the dinining room, kitchen and the 2 smaller windows of the bay window were pretty much spot on. As first impressions go this was poor and certainly doesn't justify the price that was paid for the service. They've just missed out on 5 more windows that are also needing blinds, but I will be using another company. Use at your own risk.
