I am currently without a washing machine. Having to use a public laundrette. I have used Viking over the years at various times. The cleanliness and helpful staff are the very reason I always keep coming back. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Change available on site and great size machines. I have used this place twice now for a wash and dry service. Both times I have received the cothes back not smelling of anything at all, a few stains I had were still there and my clothes all shrunk down a size. I have had to buy loads of new t-shirts and jeans. I mentioned this at the pub the other day and someone instantly said "you went to Viking didn't you?". Why do the clothes not have any fresh washing smell whatsoever? Why are they not clean and why have they all been shrunk? Two stars literally for the price and speed but that doesn't justify the clothes not being cleaned properly and how much they have shrunk.

Called shop said can they do service wash was informed yes bring it down, so half hour later turned up and was told can't do it now come back tomorrow, which no good to me as work for living and took time of work to be told tomorrow come back tomorrow

It's £1 coins only in machines with no way to get cash /break notes at the laundromat. Also, its says it closes at 9pm. We left a load in the dryer at 7:45pm, when we returned at 8:15, the door was locked. Noone answering the phone. We tried again at 9pm, same issue. Lights on and dryer still going. This is a huge problem.
