Recently bought my dream car New Kia Sportage, I cannot fault the whole experience, from the test drive to the purchase. we dealt with Lewis who made us feel welcome, we threw lots of questions at him and nothing was to much trouble. He kept me updated until I collected the car, nothing was to much trouble ensuring me that if I had any questions or concerns just to contact him. Even the after sales were excellent not only with a phone call to see how every was going with the car but also a letter thanking me for purchasing it from them. Having purchased my previous car from Hendy I can only say that maybe Hendy should take a few lessons on how to treat customers.
