Possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Ordered from them then had no delivery within 10 days so attempted to make contact with them through their website contact form. To cut a long story short, now 4 weeks later no response to several website contact forms or emails, did manage to speak to someone once on the phone, was told they would call back within the hour, yet again no further response from them, appalling customer service. Now in the process of instructing my bank to charge back the cost of the order to my payment card. Really disappointing experience as I am keen to get the running kit of my running club, just a shame people think it is acceptable to run a company in this manner.

Don't purchase anything from them. I gave them 140$ to ordered sports clothes 5th January and never received anything yet. E-mail à lots of times never call you back. Lost my clothes and my money. I'm not the only one who submit the same history. I should have read the reviews before ordered from them!

Really struggling with this company. ordered 6 weeks ago. no delivery. no replies on any platform regarding delivery updates. Worried that they have took my money and left. 3 months later with the support of my running club, my items did arrive. The items are well made and the printing is good.

Placed an order over 10 weeks ago and am still waiting on part of it. They fail to respond to emails asking for updates and their telephone is never answered. I can only assume they are inundated with complaints from disgruntled customers. A request for a refund on the outstanding item has also fallen on deaf ears so I have resorted to raising a dispute with my credit card provider. I’m sorry but I do not reward such poor service by continuing to do business with them. EDIT Since the kit coordinator from my running club intervened the missing item has now been sent. Sad it has to take that.
