The food was good but very expensive for the amount you get. The service was really bad, after waiting at our table for about 20 minutes we had to go and ask to order drinks, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The staff were just standing around chatting or on their phones. No one checked to see if the food was okay and after sitting around for 15-20 minutes with empty plates we had to go and ask for the bill at the end. After that poor service experience they had the nerve to automatically add an £8 service charge for our table of two!!

Was disappointed when we visited here today, the food took over 40 minutes to arrive - we later found out that it was sent to the wrong table - and was cold when it arrived. We had to ask about our starters (they had been taken and eaten by another table) and they then arrived after our mains and were quite small. We were asked to pay before the food even arrived which was strange, but made worse by the fact that the food took so long to come out. The food itself was okay, just a shame that it was all cold by the time it arrived. Nice to have a separate gluten free menu witch a few options, not too many which was quite surprising for Vietnamese food. Was a bit of an awkward moment between two servers snapping at each other at our table when our food came out, which was strange to witness. Overall, doubt we'll go back as the food and service weren't great. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu
