    We went to see Palace at Brixton Academy last night, so saw an opportunity to finally give Pop a try! If you haven’t been, it’s very much place of the Boxpark variety - although a little less polished, heaps cooler and slightly less populated by people from Essex 😉🤪! Loads of options inside to try.. burgers, pizza, pancakes, wings - it’s got something for everyone, loads and loads of vegan options!! We plumped for Viet Box to satisfy our pre gig hunger and box did we make the right choice!! Big portions of great, fresh food… Our only criticism would be that we felt the Bao’s were missing something - coriander or a solid blast of chilli maybe (but that is prob more down to personal taste!!)… it was a great feed nonetheless!! The gig was class too… (you didn’t ask!) 📍🚇| 5/10 min walk from Brixton tube stop
