    I have always enjoyed the food here, good variety and decent size pho. However last few times I have been let down by repeated errors. I ordered a take away and when I got home I was missing 2 portions of banh cuon which cost Ā£17 When I called them they said that I can come to collect, however I live 40mins away so couldnā€™t go back. They offered to give it back next time. However as I live far away I didnā€™t go back until recently, when I asked about my banh cuon they said ok. Unfortunately again they forgot to add this in and instead I had meat spring rolls instead! Not what I ordered! Their English language is quite poor and when I called again they said they are no longer able to help me and that my order was correct. Donā€™t think I will be going back now, unfortunate as like I said their food and portions are good
