Fantastic technical support offered over the telephone! I've just finished installing an IP intercom at a block of flats and was experiencing a few teething problems with the Android software. Wow, these guys know how to do service. I moved into a house with a videx intercom and was going around in circles as the previous owner left no information and the installer was completely non-responsive. I took a punt and contacted videx support, within 20 mins (and before 9) John from support contacted me, checked on my device and sent me some replacement parts that arrived the next day. Whatever John did, he fixed my mic and for the 1st time since moving in I have a gate and intercom I can use. Would highly recommend.

Videx are a fantastic company to deal with. I have been installing their kit ofr 35 years and the equipment is bombproof. You fit it and forget it. To top that though the service you get from them is superb - nothing is too much trouble and the tech support is fantastic. Don't even think about using anyone else!
