I recently had a very disappointing experience at this gym. I arrived 6 minutes early for a scheduled class and was denied entry by the staff member Georgie Halford, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was given a mere 20 seconds to change and was told that I could not attend the class, even though it had not yet started. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff, and was further disappointed when my request to reschedule my session to the next day was refused. As someone who was considering joining this gym, I was extremely put off by the treatment I received. Overall, I cannot recommend this gym based on my experience. The customer service was abysmal and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me in any way. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.

Great gym! Love how friendly the staff are and the workouts are great too - basically expect a very similar format to Barry’s / 1Rebel. Only criticisms are that the classes could be longer and the changing rooms get really crowded and there isn’t enough space to get changed properly after a class. But overall a lovely space that I visit whenever I’m in the Aldgate area.
