Seven windows and new front and back doors supplied and fitted by Victory Windows August 2022. At the first visit Keith took the measurements and provided guidance on how best to achieve the desired results. He quickly provided a detailed quotation by email. Once ordered the windows/doors were supplied and fitted very quickly. Jamie (who does the fitting) is Victory Windows’ secret weapon … he’s clearly very skilled at his job but he is also unfailingly cheerful in the face of the inevitable difficulties that arise when dealing with older properties. All in all I’m delighted with the new windows/doors which were fitted at a rental property and I consider the price I paid to represent very good value. Beware of all the jokes and frivolity as it hides the owners incompetency! Keith was really helpful and kind and helped me to get a new double glazed unit with an hole for a cat flap, as I was having issues. Keith came to my home and measured up and getting the unit was really quick, I was delighted! However when it arrived the hole was so high up my cat would have needed stilts to use it, even the glazier mentioned it. When I told Keith it wasn't fit for purpose he informed me that he hadn't seen the cat and I hadn't specified the height and if I wanted a new unit I would need to pay! Personally I hadn't thought to specify the height as I had taken it as a given that I was dealing with a professional company who had fitted cat flaps before and would know that most cats aren't 5 ft tall! If I did need to specify than I should have been informed surely. Subsequently I am left having to get a builder in to build steps inside and outside of my home and instead of having a discreet cat flap I have a huge great structure!

I have a broken front door handle asked for it to be changed and that was over five weeks ago,when they did turn up with a door handle it was the wrong size that was over two and a half weeks ago. I have emailed a few times to ask when and if they are going to finish the job unfortunately they have not even had the decency to reply. Poor show.
