Stuart at Victory Lap is the only PT that I've used that has been able to successfully transform my body and physical fitness, according to my goals and sport. Stuart provided me with a bespoke diet plan, training programme and 1-2-1 sessions and I was amazed how fast I was able to gain mass, get stronger and fitter. He always tries new exercises and challenges me each time. My programme was never static, which meant I was never bored and neither were my muscles! I suffered with chronic back problems, which was never a problem during training as he always knew how to avoid triggering any problems, plus, a regular sports massage by the man himself came in handy! I've since had a break and recovering from long awaited back surgery, so will be returning very shortly as I can trust Stuart to build me up slowly, but surely!

I was recommended Stu by a friend of mine Leanne that highly recommended him I initially was very worried as running isn't one of my strong areas but I wanted to change my lifestyle and one of my main priorities was my fitness. After researching Victory Lap Fitness I gave Stu a call and he was extremely friendly and professional after my first session with him I felt more at ease about achieving my goal as knew I was in great hands. I have been with Stu for several weeks now and can honestly say he has pushed me and given me the motivation and inspiration I need and have now lost 5kg. I havent been working with Stu for long but I can already tell the knowledge he has is unlike any other trainer I've had in the past. Ive always had bad knees and usually people would tell me I couldnt do certain movements. Where as Stu has actually fixed my injuries so I can do all the movements (lunges and squats) that i didnt think id ever be able to do again. I cant thank him enough for helping me. I cant recommend Victory Lap enough. Top class coaching and knowledge!

Victory Lap Fitness is by far one of the best gyms I've trained at. It has incredible energy, trainers, and feel. The gym is extremely clean, with a huge selection of diverse equipment. Stu is an exceptional trainer, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Stu creates sessions which are creative whilst constantly changing and evolving. No matter what fitness level you’re at, I would highly recommend Victory Lap Fitness!

Excellent professional service delivered in personal and friendly manner. The gym is equipped with all the necessary cardio and strengths training facilities. It is spacious, clean and decorated in pleasing style. I had been using this service for a number of months in blocks of 12 sessions and I am very pleased with my fitness progress. Also, due to my old injury problems I had a few sport massage sessions and they were really helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone, like myself, who was grossly out of shape and needs all the encouragement and help to start on the road to health and lean fitness.

Absolutely LOVE this place. So much so I travel from Chandlers Ford 3 times a week to train here. Stu is an amazing trainer, and the results speak for themselves. There is something for everyone including group classes and 1:1s, remedial massage, stretch classes and nutrition advice. Stu and Beth are a really great team and I’ve been training with them for 3 years now. I would not go anywhere else and totally recommend 💪
